As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You’ll assist with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an exceptional experience for our clients. Your role will involve handling customer requests via phone, email, and chat, providing information about products and services, and troubleshooting any problems that arise. We’re seeking a friendly, solution-oriented individual with excellent communication skills who excels in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Team-oriented with a positive attitude. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends, if needed.
